Returns/Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us a returns@shadocoffee.com.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees.

If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item including any re-stocking fees that may apply.

*Restocking fees are 25% of the purchase price. Please check if a restocking fee applies to your order by contacting us at support@shadocoffee.com.

Submitting a return request

To start a return request, you can contact us at returns@shadocoffee.com.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the return address provided by our customer service.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damages and issues

Shado Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer service at support@shadocoffee.com for further assistance.

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. If you discover that any item(s) has been damaged or you have received the wrong item(s), please send us an email, and for damaged item(s), include clear photos of the damaged items to support@shadocoffee.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
